While we were originally brought on to help the brand navigate a site migration, Safety Group quickly realised that if they were going to compete in some of the spaces that they wanted too, they were going to need to strengthen their domain authority and then the focus shifted to building links in top-tier publications to help strengthen domain authority.
How we built 54 links for Safety Group UK
Highlights
The Brief
Our Approach
We ran a number of different Digital PR campaigns balancing thought leadership and smaller tips-based pieces with larger FOI-focussed data campaigns. This allowed us to build 54 links with an average DR of 64 across a range of national, regional and trade publications.
Highlights
We ran an FOI to police and ambulance services in the UK to understand the number of BBQ-related call outs and severity of any related injuries, so that we could run a BBQ safety campaign as the weather warmed up in the UK. We also used a first-person story to add to the press appeal and gain some local coverage. This campaign achieved 12 links and three mentions from publications including The Standard, International Fire and Safety Journal, Your Harlow and Tenby Today
The Results
Since we first started working together we have achieved:
54 links with an average DR of 64
Links and coverage across The Standard, UK Fire Mag and iNews.
